American Express New Marketer Training
To help onboard new marketing employees, American Express defined 14 new training courses covering a wide range of topics related to its business model, marketing best practices, internal tools and processes.
We worked closely with the learning and development team, and individual subject matter experts to create these courses in a variety of formats, including infographics, interactive guides and videos. Our mutual objective was to develop relevant training materials, in a fresh, highly visual format that made marketers want to continue their learning journey.
